Delivery and Returns Policy

 

•  DELIVERY

We offer standard delivery which is normally delivered within 5 to 7 Working Days. The charge for standard delivery is £4.00.

Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email of notification informing you of the shipping method (courier company) and any tracking numbers if applicable. 

If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour. 

 

•  POST CODE EXCLUSIONS

Some delivery postcodes (example Scottish Highlands & Isle of Wight) will incur additional delivery charges, if you fall into one of these areas we will call you before dispatching the order and offer you the chance to pay the additional amount or we can offer a full refund.

We DO NOT deliver to JE & GY postcodes (Please contact us for assistance)


 

•  RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.  The items must be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on used and opened items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

•  SENDING A RETURN

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 3 days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you). 

Contact us within three days for a Returns Number via email at info@vnaturalbeauty.com along with the reason for return and photographs of the item if it is faulty or damaged.

▪  We recommend that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained in the event that we do not receive the goods being returned

▪  When returning any goods by post or parcel service please pack securely to ensure goods arrive in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging

▪  Ensure you enclose your proof of purchase

▪  Postage or courier charges are non- refundable except in the case of faulty and or damaged goods or where we have delivered incorrect goods

▪  We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel you are sending

•  REFUND

On receipt of the returned goods, we will then reimburse the value of returned goods directly to the original method of payment. This could take up to 14 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

 

• EXCHANGE

Please contact us and simply return your purchases to us within 7 days clearly stating that you would like an exchange.

•  CANCELLATION

You can cancel an order by emailing quoting your V Natural Beauty reference number.  Please make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your email subject heading.

If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. As it can take as little as 3 to 4 hours for your goods to be dispatched, it is advisable to check for this confirmation message BEFORE you email to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us in the normal way for a full refund.
